Necessary experience in identifying and nurturing stakeholder groups and influencers, while driving and measuring conversations and engagement toward furthering PCMA’s mission, value and growth. This person creates and aggregates content designed to drive engagement, brand affinity and growth.
Develop long- term social media marketing execution plans from PCMA’s objectives and social media strategy and implement those plans.
Respond to customer posts across social media platforms with emphasis on brand protection, superior customer service and incorporating customer feedback.
Maintain social media content calendar and develop, implement and manage innovative ideas and promotions to drive greater relevance and audience.
Acts as a brand ambassador and a voice of PCMA.
Extract insights from data and results, adjusting strategy and execution plans across multiple social media platforms.
Monitor the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, content marketing, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how we can best leverage new tools and services.
Maintain and build relationships with brand influencers and bloggers.
Work in collaboration with other team members and partners to ensure initiatives have 360-degree support and alignment across all channels.

Solid content skills -- ability to produce creative, lively and clean content in a variety of forms and formats suitable to social and in line with PCMA objectives.
Highly organized, with ability to prioritize, move quickly and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as interact with a variety of project teams.
Eager to develop new marketing skills and business acumen.
Tactical understanding of social media and emerging platforms, and experience integrating varied channels into strategy.
Strong working knowledge of office software systems, Windows applications (spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail). Video skills a plus.
3 to 5 years marketing and/or editorial experience
