Company History
The American Academy of Neurology is the leading voice in brain health. As the world’s largest association of neurologists and neuroscience professionals with more than 40,000 members, the AAN offers access to continuing education, essential practice tools, research grants, networking and advocacy opportunities, and more. Through public resources like Brain & Life®, we make it easy for patients, caregivers, and anyone interested in brain health to access the latest information and guidance. Together with our members, the AAN is advancing what’s possible in brain disease treatment, cures, and prevention. Our headquarters is a beautiful, energy-efficient office in Minneapolis, MN. We’re just steps from the vibrant Gold Medal Park, the light rail, major bus lines, walking/biking paths, great parking options, and countless dining and entertainment options. Our Washington, DC, staff enjoy working close to Capitol Hill and a Metro station in a city of historical and cultural significance as they advocate for our members and their patients.
