Leading Authorities provides you with a number of options, making it easy for you to choose from some of today's hottest speakers.
Hard-to-Find-Speakers
We realize that some speakers are difficult to find. Leading Authorities has developed a premium service aimed at helping you identify and secure hard-to-find speakers. This category includes speakers who are experts on highly specialized topics, speakers who are actively employed in major corporations or government agencies, and high-profile speakers who do not accept honoraria or speaking fees. For those speakers who do not accept honoraria or fees, a flat charge is assessed to cover time and cost spent in qualifying and securing these speakers.
Preview Speakers
Make an informed decision by previewing speakers’ videos to decide if their message and style resonates with your organization. Leading Authorities is happy to send samples of past speeches on DVDs or as video links straight to your inbox.
Entertainment Consulting
An unrivaled resource of entertainers and show management, Leading Authorities can provide unbiased recommendations and manage all the tricky backstage details. Our services include: booking nationally-known talent, managing pre/post-show meet and greets or photo-ops, arranging logistics, negotiating riders, handling staging requirements, and designing sets.
Event Management
As the liaison between the talent and the client, Leading Authorities' event coordinators make sure that every booking runs like clockwork. This detail-oriented team handles all of our speakers’ logistics and provides a range of services from developing itineraries and scheduling conference calls to managing book purchases and arranging meet-and-greets.
Book Discounts
Pre-buy books at large discounts and have the author sign bookplates in advance of your meeting. Leading Authorities will manage all of the logistical arrangements including shipping and handling. We provide a large selection of books in association with Amazon.com. Simply search for your favorite speaker, and view the books listed on their speaker page.
Autograph Sessions
Leading Authorities can help you organize special VIP receptions and autograph sessions. We can provide the opportunity for your audience members to interact with an author and take home a lasting memento from your meeting.
