Since 1989 MicroStrategy has built a team of outstanding individuals in all areas of the company around the world. We currently have over 900 employees in 14 different countries throughout the world. In the U.S. we have 625 employees including 475 who are located at our worldwide headquarters in McLean, VA.
MicroStrategy has a very educated, diverse, and dedicated workforce that blends the talents of industry veterans with top scholars from the most academically challenging and prestigious schools in the world. Within our workforce:
95% of all employees have a college degree and of those that have a degree, 44% have at least a Master's degree and 5% have a Ph.D. 38% of all employees are from abroad representing 34 different countries 50% of all employees have been with the company more than 3 years.
