Company Overview

Richmond Region Tourism is charged with the responsibility of marketing the City of Richmond and the Counties of Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico and New Kent to visitors and convention delegates for the purpose of gaining maximum economic benefit for the community from these short-term visitors. In addition to marketing to these groups, the organization provides services to convention delegates and tourists through three information centers and our convention services department to guarantee visitor satisfaction.

Standard marketing practices are employed by the organization to attain the economic impact and customer service goals. The staff of approximately 28 full-time employees is evaluated on professionalism and productivity in sales, service and support of our programs.
